これは悩ましいですねえ……。
「あいまい検索においてどれだけの変動を許容するか」という
意味の用語ですよね。であれば4.2の能動的な「入れ替える」など
といった言葉はちょっと違う気がします。でも4.1の「許可」も
微妙……「許容」かな。ということで提案しておきました。が、
ちょっと長さが長くなるのでこのタイミングだとびみょいかも
ですね（gladeだと大丈夫とかあるのかなあ）。
