I was told that the company who leased the IP address to LO is the one
that needs to contact APEWS. I would not use email to do this either.

that is the problem - APEWS can *not* be contacted. No phone number, no email, they simply ignore everyone. That's why my ISP has given up on contacting them, so have many others.

The problem is, as Cloph says, using APEWS for blacklisting and identifying spam. No ISP should do so, it seems, but yours does. :/

I will let my hosting/email company know about this.
If there is an error in their listings and there is no was to correct it, then it is not a black list "list" that I would think would be good to use in their business.

I have not received and new bouncing messages since those 3 emails.

To be honest, How wedded are we to the 5.x.x.x IP address? Could we get one from the company that does not have any issues tied to it from past users?
