Actually, maybe better and simpler to say:

A member of our mailing list will then respond and try to address the 
details of your inquiry.

===========

We should try to leave the OP feeling that there will ultimately be a 
response to his question, and, not be ignored. This will also force us 
to commit to a response. BTW ... we usually respond to queries and it 
would be unusual for us to ignore them.
