Marc,
It looks fine,
I've reworded some parts, you may choose to ignore it.
=======================
Thank you very much for your e-mail and your interest in LibreOffice.
Due to the increasing popularity of the free office suite, we receive a lot of support requests
everyday.
Unfortunately, we cannot reply to every e-mail, as our engagement in the project is completely
voluntary and restricted to our spare time.
This engagement demands several hours of efforts per day, leaving no time to respond to individual
requests.
However, the Community does offer a large variety of mailing lists to support its users.
We have compiled an overview of these lists at
http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/
Please look at the page, and send your inquiry to the applicable mailing list.
Chances are high that you will get a positive response very soon.
=======================
It would be great if we could point to a user forum for queries and feedback instead of the link to
the mailing lists.
Let me know if I can help out in that initiative.
regards
Dhiren

Subject: [libreoffice-marketing] Need help with EN text and improving it
Date: Sun, 18 Nov 2012 10:34:07 -0500
Hi everyone,
Could you all take a look at the following and help make the text
better? I think it needs some improvement.
The following text is part of a template that will be translated into
our 100 or so supported languages. I hope that we can improve the EN
language used in the message before it is sent for translation into our
Pootle system.
I would like to examine both syntax, punctuation etc. for the EN
language as well as the proper choice and flow of words.
Deadline max. to complete: about a couple of days, less if possible.
Here is the English template:
