Thank you very much! And thanks for the link. At least now I understand 
the release cycle.

We will shoot for having locales ready for the february release. I hope 
tomorrow I can finish the locale with the help of one of our top 
linguists Dr. Marta Dijkhoff. (One of her speeches 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5ass0SUzhA)
