はい、もちろん含まれています。CJK全部まとめています。
ただ、日本語ロケールで中国語や韓国語を使う人がどのぐらいいるのか、と
いう話なので。
あんまりいないのであれば、わかりやすさを優先してもいいと思いますし、
少なくともSunの頃はそうしてたみたいです。
でも、Japaneseの処理なのにAsianと表現している英語の方に問題ありますよね。
別に日本語だけじゃないので、これはこれで妥当だと思います。
