I think things are clear here. Some people love mailing lists, some
people hate them.
Statistics are very strong, the most popular website in the world is a
'forum' with 500 million users, dare I say it, Facebook.
I didn't know about the OOo mailing lists statistics, but clearly
there is a huge resource of potential contributors out there who we
can't access through mailing lists.
I think it is very important that as a new community we cater for all
of these people.
Nabble is a great start but it is still a patch on an old system.
Can someone who thinks they represent the mailing list aficionado
please add these requirements to the wiki drupal website requirements.
As long as we capture ALL of the requirements, everyone should be happy.
