Hi :)
Wow!!  I really like the idea of it opening 2 tabs or windows.  That would make it ultra-clear that 
donating was not related to downloading.

Sorry to say that i have no idea what i am looking at when i look at code but it looked simple and 
elegant to me.

hmm... nice approach, indeed. :-)
Alternatively, maybe the download button could open two windows, one with the download URL, 
another one with a donation request?
