YES
TDF/LO needs a "real marketing team with tasks and production".
We local/regional people may not be good at marketing. I am not. So, we
really need a marketing plan and marketing items to use.
"Professionally" created brochures, fliers, and other locally printable
items would help a great deal.
A written plan on how to market LO to:
     businesses
     schools
     home users
     college students
     high school students
     non-profit organizations
     etc., etc.
WILL be a help.
We have a "product" but no guidelines to "sell" it to the public. TDF/LO
has been around long enought to have one in place, but it has not
happened. As a legal entity, TDF should have a plan in place for
marketing what they are a legal entity for.

Quick comment from my side: I will not be very active on forums as tou
can't work with them on phones and I use my phone a lot for email.
But I am open to experimentation. However we must form a real marketing
team with tasks and production. Then we'll think about forums or mailing
list.
Best,
Charles.
