Having a choice and being truthfully informed about the choice can help people make the right 
choice to suit their needs.  


Outside of IT choice is often expected, even demanded.  We don't all always eat the same food as 
each other.  There are many flavours of ice-cream.  Some people prefer push-bikes and some need 
their cars.  Some prefer red clothes some prefer green, many prefer a mix.
