I recently added the language groups bar on the slogans wiki page[1] and am participating on two groups (French and Spanish) with the creation of native French and Spanish native slogans.

On the Spanish list, we are having a discussion as to the length of the slogans and I thought it would be of interest to get some feed back as to how long or short or reasonable in length should be the slogan.

As some of the members on the marketing team have had experience in using slogans on different marketing materials, I thought these people could offer some suggestions as to the length of the slogan and its impact on the materials.

We need to talk about this as some groups are at the point where they would like to get their own marketing material ready. A slogan, IMO, always add value to marketing material.

BTW ... I also notice that EO (Estonia -- not sure if I am right) is also working on its slogans.

Thanks for any input.

Marc
