For Asturian language (and Spanish, Galician and Catalan, at least)
'startpunct' throws false positives because of the required characters
"¿" and "¡" (inverse quotation and exclamation marks). It would be great
to have it fixed in Pootle.
French guillemets adaptation would be also useful for us.
