However, if the guidelines are clear, and, if we get more people
involved in just managing/taking care of screenshots, then they could
take care of updating the previous screenshots. After all, these people
would not have been part of the original equation and part of the "high
priority" status ... let's just call these new people "extras" that
could work independently, replacing/upgrading the screenshots. There may
be a short mentoring period where some "hand holding" between the
"screenshot" persons and the design team may occur to set them on the
right path.
