I;ve updated the wiki page at:

with the latest working copies of DVD label art and a Thin DVD case
cover.


Tim, Jeff, Marc and my self have been iterating those back and forth for
a few days, it's a good spot to stop and let others have a look - offer
ideas, advice, etc.
