We aim to provide high quality material for our French users, so please 
make sure that all what you provide is well translated, following this 
quality standard. We find it important for the reputation of our group 
and its work. Depending on the amount of work I think involving the FR 
documentation team would be great too, they are very concerned also.

So we should distinguish between what is translation and what is 
localization. For extension, we should be able to transform the language 
resource files in po files and then use translation memory to speed the 
work and get a good overall quality. I've already work on the 
localization of the most used extensions in our community and localized 
the one provided by Kami.

The SunODF Template pack is the one I've already localized
The clipart gallery from OpenClipart is already localized too and the 
localization is part of LibO.

If I understand you well you're providing different material in the 
different languages, what one will have in English or Spanish will be 
different from French?

For information, we are selling a OOo CD/DVD in our online shop in 
French, may be it would be easier to use this material as a basis?
