Bij mij is het precies hetzelfde. Ook ik werk met Windows (7) en zowel bij
3.6.4 als 4.0.2 kan ik de taal van de GUI niet aanpassen. Dit is alleen
Nederlands.
Ik heb een heel ander probleem met release kandidaat 2 op Win7 (in
VirtualBox): ik kan na het starten van de installatie met
msiexec /a LibreOffice_4.0.0.2_Win_x81.msi
alleen het pad van de installatie invoeren. Ik kan niet kiezen voor het
al dan niet mee installeren van taalpakketen.
Dus als ik na de installatie kijk onder Extra > Extensiebeheer ... staat
er een enorme waslijst taalpakketten bij :-)
En kan ik bij Extra > Opties > Taalinstellingen een grooooot aantal
talen voor de GUI kiezen, waaronder Engels ...
