Done - although you won't be able to replicate the phpBB structure
there - as written earlier JForum doesn't support subcategories (yet
at least), so I am in favor of having separate forum installations per
language, but with linked accounts. (i.e. log in to one forum, be
logged in to all forums)
Probably you'll also find the forum/category creation permissins
