Oh, by the way, I changed that value to 20000 (thank you for your 
admission and request here) but after changing or attempting about 200 
undo's, now all my text has changed to bold in any new document while 
not being bolded, or rather, being regular text but still having bold 
display ;-).

It only happened for the font I was writing in, but apparently I have to 
reset my config.

but 100 character steps is not enough for normal use for a lot of people 
and a lot of use cases.

That's really just 100 characters.

My browser box in this webmail has better undo.
