Unfortunately bugzilla is worse than difficult to use and now it's
even harder to find out how to do that.
Bugzilla is a bug database. So what you have to do is filing a bug with
a description which allows developers (and QA people) to reproduce your
bug reliably. There is a detailed Howto in the wiki[1]. However, it's a
rather extensive description trying to cover most eventualities, so if
you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask them e.g. here.
