Hello,

I agree with the ideas of Florian at several points and follows a few more
ideas:
- There is no language problem at the local level, provided they have at
least one staff who speaks English.
- As for elections, I also believe that if a person is working well, no need
to elect a new, other than that does not work. Changing people all the time is
not good. When someone needs to contact LibreOffice, it is easier if the
names of people from marketing non-constant changes. Not to defend a
kingdom.
- The persons to be chosen in each country must be mature and have a
certain diplomacy
to handle the affairs of The Foundation Document. People who are not mature
and untimely is not good for the Community and TDF LibreOffice. A marketing
person should have a TDF and not a concern of marketing personnel, which is
dangerous to the TDF.
- When I say that one must be mature and diplomacy. In the case of Brazil,
often in the case of the former BrOffice had meetings with the Federal
Government, State and Municipal governments and also with large public
companies such as Petrobras, Itaipu, Brazil's Bank, Savings Bank,
ministries and
many agencies sized. In this sense needs to be a person with diplomatic and
mature profile.
- In countries like Brazil, which has a very large size, I propose that we
have people from marketing a regional and general staff level in the
country.

I'm expressing these ideas, because I believe that we must be cautious in
defining the marketing people. It is the image of TDF and LibreOffice what
is at stake, we can not define people by instinct or stand as a candidate to
do so. We need criteria.

Regards,

P.S. sorry for my English, I just wanted to state my ideas.
