On entering pt-BR, all links points to the english page. In other words,
if I click on Calc, I land into the english Calc page.

Looks like all links on the localized main help miss the pt-BR suffix in
their url. e.g.

Change

https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Welcome_to_the_Calc_Help

to

https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Welcome_to_the_Calc_Help/pt-BR

Easy to fix, but I don't have the rights for.
