[libreoffice-design] Add new modules: SCAN SUITE "a la" nuance paperport" / accounting, and e-billing

I miss a open source "a la" Paperport SCAN SUITE, Libre office, GIMP, 
PDF MOD, PDF Editor, Simple Scan and others help me for do the same I 
was used to do with Paperport in MS WOS. In my Ubuntu home computer.

But a Scan suite module for Libreoffice using this open source code, 
that would allow to make PDFs as small as Paperport and LibreOffice can 
do - I use A4 150 dpi B/N - would be a great module.

And  this is more compicated - an accountacy / e-biling module with 
international acountancy - as locale modules - would be a great tool for 
SOHO and a great complement for Libre Office.
