I was also going to suggest the same thing about 3-4 letter designation. 
Most first language EN speaking person could get a better guess of the 
meaning behind these designations although "Usa" will be more difficult. 
Perhaps "Usab" instead? "Prod" instead of "Pro". This way we can shorten 
the learning curve for new users by quite a bit.

I would favour:

[VisDes]
[UsabProd]
[UsabInt]
