Since we do not have the three languages ready at all, I think it would 
be easier to layout the CMS site to have the EN/FR/ES navigation links 
like the wiki pages.  We can just not have the FR and ES links working 
till those pages are ready.  We might not even have those navigation 
links visible at all, but have the layout be ready to have them there.  
That way there would be no confusion on an English-only DVD till we have 
the other two languages.

That would be OK by me, but later we can work on a combined version.  We 
still need to find Spanish and French language versions for the Extras.  
For things like Thunderbird and Firefox, the install files have the same 
names for both English and Spanish.  I downloaded both the other week, 
but I have not tried to install the Spanish versions over top of my 
English ones.  I know that some of the software in that list asked me 
which language I wanted to use when it was installed.  I do not remember 
which ones they were.  For Firefox, the Windows version is 4.x but the 
Linux version is still the 3.x version.  We will need to look at the 
list of Extras and update their version one of these days.
