you can get both the png and the svg here:

also added to the png file to the TDF server as
http://dvd.north-america.libreofficebox.org/assets/NA/LocationNorthAmerica_2.png
and set to the 404 page

(which by the way, The Error page is the only working piece today, I
managed to break it :-( ...oy vey, more later on that, promise.)
