So this is done?  Is there a white background version?

Actually, I think I will try the colored background for a cover.

Also, I had an idea of printing the cover an a transparency sheet and 
using that for an inserted cover. This may look good, but it will hide 
the edges of the cover.  No harm in trying one and seeing if it does work.
