la mia sensazione è che per «scalable type» si intenda che il corpo
tipografico delle note si dimensiona in maniera scalare per entrare nel
riquadro. Non ho il riferimento dell'intera frase in italiano ma penso
che sia necessaria una locuzione più lunga. Qualcosa tipo: «la seconda
vista mostra le note dell'oratore scalandole nel riquadro».
Personalmente «scalandole» lo trovo orribile e opterei per «mostra le
note adattandone il corpo [tipografico]».
