Thanks for the Link Marc. I updated it and put myself down as another
co-coordinator :)

On each of the forums regardless of the language are we goign to have
sections for specific aspects of the office suite. For example a section
for writer only base only etc?

We still need to discuss this, but before we do, we still need to let the
community know that we are setting up a TDF/LibreOffice forum. I think we
will receive quite a bit of emotional responses to this. We also need to
let the OpenOffice forums people know that a formal TDF/LibreOffice forum
is being put together, this will allow them some time to decide whether
they would like to join us. LibreOffice has been receiving help from the
AOO and other forums for a while and the moderators/members of these lists
should be thanked for helping us out.

So far the forums that need to be informed are:

http://user.services.**openoffice.org/en/forum/<http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/>
http://en.libreofficeforum.**org/ <http://en.libreofficeforum.org/>
http://www.oooforum.org/

I suggest that someone who is familiar on these forums leave a short post
regarding our wiki page and let them know that we are looking for
moderators. Again, expect some emotional responses, which, is
understandable.

Getting back to topics etc. we should take that to the discuss list for
proper discussion before formalizing it. We need to keep everything
transparent and let people have their say and suggestions. We could
complete the list on the discussion list along with the discussion members
having their say.

Its not a problem we can take this to the discuss list. I think also is
there a way we can do some poll's if needed as that would allow for the
biggest response as people might not possibly be subscribed to the discuss
list.
