What tml probably meant is what I outlined in my reply, it's definitely not
worth arguing with me about that because "you are not allowed to modify" is
non-free and I am not going to go away from that standpoint or accept addition
of this. if it was ever added and it stayed "you are not allowed to modify" I
have the *obligation* to remove it, I don't even have a choice if I thought
otherwise.

You and tml might disagree; just think of the fact that it actually *was*
reverted based on my comment, so I am not absolutely wrong. (I could share
(private) IRC snippets supporting this, but I refrain from doing so.)
