Everybody (apart from one) has said it's <CTRL>+ - it seems they've
misread the menu shortcut listed. As you've discovered, <CTRL>+ is used
to insert cells. What the shortcut for insert date /actually/ reads is
<CTRL>+; for clarity, that's a semi-colon. Works here.
Based on what Johnny Rosenberg write, he may well have altered the
defined shortcut. I'm absolutely certain I haven't done so here.
