Hi Bill,

I don't fully understand what you require but if you tap a cell where you
want the current date to appear and then tap fx to enter a formula then
choose Date and scroll down to Date Now and it will bring up a selection of
date types.
Or just enter =Date() into the cell.

I have task that involves logging activities into a 2 column
table: date, activity. Is there any way that I can automagically
put the current date into column 1 when I open the row by tabbing
the last row of the table?

Thanks for your time
