but if we keep gently pushing, where we can, things will keep making progress. It does help to
have louder campaigners such as FSF and Richard Stallman. It would be great if e-letter could join
FSF if he/she hasn't already.

No, the long term effect, for those doing business, is anyone doing this becomes a laughing stock
to the clients/vendors they work with... it is the ODF format that will be deemed broken, NOT
Microsofts poor support of it.
