Hi :)
Yes, if you want to get involved with Base then OpenOffice has far better routes for getting in 
contact with people.  TDF see Base as very very low priority so it refuses to give it even 1 
mailing list let alone a whole forum.  Still, it seems that here is the better place to actually 
get on with any work, such as documentation, faqs, coding or whatever area interests a person.
