Hi :)
I think it's a classic case of something that is so nearly perfect and with such huge potential and 
clever, uncompromising concept.  It's even more frustrating than some broken heap of junk precisely 
because it's so close but misses (in the fairly rare cases when it does miss).  Most people seem to 
have no troubles with it but for a few it's like scratching finger-nails down a black-board.
