Just start writing a new email and copy&paste the list's email address into the "To" field users@global.libreoffice.org To install multiple versions of LibreOffice and/or OpenOffice.org alongside each other you need to use this guide http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel They tend to clash with each other if you don't follow the guide.
