Jean is point person on this particular item. As far as I understand,
yes there is money available. The budget money needs to be
requested/approved by the BoD (Board of Directors) and submitted, most
likely, by Jean.
This is different from what this thread is about as we are just getting
our wishlist together and it will try to be a generic approximate price
for budgetary/planning purposes.
