No I cannot.
All I can do is update gerrit.conf on the spot on vm20 while we are
migrating... but I cannot change it on the prod branch of gerrit-etc
yet... since the current value is the right value for now.
And I am not the one that admin the postgrsql database (not that I am
complaining :-) I'm glad robert is taking care of that :-) ) so I
cannot change the db name.
