Ok, so the core issue that explain the symptom that bjoern saw is that
the gerrit posgress database is called 'gerrit' whereas it was called
gerrit_lo originally
and the gerrit.conf in vm20 is not updated to reflect that change..
it is still referencing gerrit_lo
I have no strong opinion between gerrit_lo or gerrit for the name of
the database, but whatever it end up being we need it to be consistant
everywhere :-)
