Yep, we forgot to copy /etc, that's the reason

Yep, will be fixed by me, simply didn't copy the official certs yet.

Hm... where is this stored? In the DB (which has been copied) or in /etc 
(which is missing)?

Probably I f'ed up something with the Gerritbot setup... if you send me 
your user data, you get root access and can see if I forgot something. 
Probably the part w/ the keys where I didn't know what to do :)
