OK, so would it be possible to disable epm by default? Given that it was
disabled by default when we had the build repo.

        Right - good point; I notice a number of these changes - so I'm working
through build/distro-config/LibreOfficeLinuxDevel.conf - to switch the
polarity of the default arguments to match that.

        Thus far EPM and BrOffice done ...
