I have not pushed this into 3.3 branch. It compresses well enough to not
have an extreme effect on download size, I guess.
Yes, we are still shipping LICENSE_en-US etc in addition to LICENSE. But
that is only 13KB per language. Not sure what our legal department has
to say about the availability of source licenses in your mother tongue :).
Containing licenses that are partially duplicated in the ominous
THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.html (411kb) file in our root dir. (another
candidate for a) moving into the licenses folder and b) check for
duplication with our regular license file).
