Templates are different from recent files: They are all stored in the 
same folder, which is usually inaccessible to the user. So it doesn't 
make sense to expose the location to the user.
About the tooltip: We should probably show the filename in the tooltip, 
not the title.

We investigated all of these. And we fixed a whole bunch of open bugs 
while on it. But these are really hard ones, some may even be WONTFIX 
(50699 and 89286) because that issue is solved with document themes, not 
with templates.
