Hi Andrew!

Great that you like the LibO icons ... concerning the remaining once, my
answer might be not that helpful, since I'm not an expert when it comes
to our source code repository. There, you find all the (default) icons
being based on the Tango theme.

Web access is available here:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/artwork/

But how to extract them - don't know. Maybe the Tango theme page is
better suited for your needs:
http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Desktop_Project
