I know about that.

I started making a list for Windows a number of years ago.  Over a year 
ago, I switch from Vista to Ubuntu for my default system, so I have not 
kept the list up-to-date very often.

People come to me, sometimes, since they know that I would try to find 
as many free software as I can for them.
Mostly I deal with individuals and non-profit organizations anymore.  
Using a wheelchair half the time, and other brain and mobility issues, 
make working for businesses something I had to give up.  But I still get 
people coming to me, not me to them, for setting up their systems.

So I love to find free packages for Windows users, now that I rarely use it.
