[nl-users] Ik kan de structuur van de inhoudsopgave niet wijzigen

Dag,

Ik heb in een hoofddocument een Inhoudsopgave gevoegd die hoofdstuk- enparagraaftitels toont. Dat gaat goed. Maar ik kan de structuur en opmaakniet aanpassen. Op de betreffende tab van het venster *Inhoudsopgave,index of woordenlijst* heb ik alleen de button om een Tabstop in te voegen.Ik sluit het document af met een Alfabetische index en daar heb ik opdezelfde tab de beschikking over de buttons Tekstinvoer, Tabstop,Hoofdstukinfo en Paginanummer.

Kan iemand mij uitleggen wat hier aan de hand is, waarom dit verschiloptreedt?
