thanks for the information! In order to verify that, I have just lowered the priority of the mirror from 100 to 75. Can you check again, if the download is now faster, as it should be taken from another mirror?

Here is the list
When I started a Windows download from the main download page, it gave me a 3 minute download time. Much better than the direct download from the mirror folder I used to download all of the 4.1.0 files the other day. 

So that may have "fixed" the issue for me.
