If it does reoccur, we could start to inform the list when we are on 
SilverStripe. We could just inform the list that "I am working on our 
site as admin now" and then just sign off to our post on the list when 
we are done. At least we would have this data to work with.

I know that we did this once when there were 2 of us working on the 
features page, and we were overwriting our changes and not knowing this. 
Quite the funny situation!

I am assuming that this will disappear once we have migrated to the new 
server(s). Is this most probably/maybe/perhaps right? :-)
