Are we runing apache 2 prefork on ubuntu?

Yes, the whole machine was sluggish. In my test an hour or so ago, the
wiki was slow, but worked, while Silverstripe was nearly unusable also in
the frontend.

I rebootet the server, since restarting web and database servers did not
help, but still, I'd be interested in the cause...
