Hi,

If it does reoccur, we could start to inform the list when we are on
SilverStripe. We could just inform the list that "I am working on our
site as admin now" and then just sign off to our post on the list when
we are done. At least we would have this data to work with.

I know that we did this once when there were 2 of us working on the
features page, and we were overwriting our changes and not knowing this.
Quite the funny situation!

hehe. ;-)
For the moment, I think there's no need to. The systems seem to be back to normal and the web sites are responsive, so I hope it was a one-time issue.

I am assuming that this will disappear once we have migrated to the new
server(s). Is this most probably/maybe/perhaps right? :-)

It's in the works, and I hope that by next week we can start transferring the first sites. Right now, I have to cope with a lot of old and undocumented stuff which eats hours of time, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel. ;-)
