After all of this time, I wonder how many new users are going to
want/need to create an account on the WIKI pages. I created my account
last year, but hardly use it right now. So, it may be that there will be
few sign-ups per months now, except for some new local translation
groups maybe.
I have no real overview - but still, someone who wants to contribute
(and the wiki is a major way to do so!) should find as little barriers
as possible. Manual account approval should always be the last resort.
